Disabled or deactivated account due to company information issues

If false or inaccurate company information is detected, the associated account may be temporarily disabled or permanently deactivated. Notification of these actions will be communicated via email.

If there are inaccuracies in your company information, you can make changes here. The account will be restored if the new information passes review. If you have confirmed that the company information is correct but the account is still disabled, please log in to the Pangle platform and click on "?" button on the bottom right corner of the page to report the issue. When doing so, please provide the following information:

  • Account ID and account name
  • A copy of your company registration certificate, company qualifications, or any equivalent document issued by the relevant authorities. It is essential that these documents clearly display key details, including your company name, registration number, and registered address.
  • Any other information you would like to provide to us

Suggestions for troubleshooting

  • Go to our Help Center to view detailed requirements for company information. [Link: Update/Change company details]
  • Check that the information you provide on Pangle is consistent with that on your company registration certificate.

It usually takes about 7 days for your appeal email to be reviewed. We will contact you after the review and provide detailed results.
