DATA CONTROLLER AND PRIVACY POLICY
This page is a binding component of the TikTok Pangle Publisher Agreement, or any other applicable online or offline agreement between you as the “Partner” and TikTok Pangle that incorporates this page by reference (“Agreement”).
This page identifies, on a jurisdiction-specific basis and for the relevant processing scenarios: (i) the applicable data controller for the purposes of applicable data protection laws; and (ii) the corresponding privacy policy applicable to end users. The substantive rights and obligations of the parties in relation to privacy and data protection are governed by the Agreement.
