How to Edit Account Information

1. How to change your account name

• Log in to your account, hover over your account name, and click the edit icon.

• Enter the new account name and click "Submit".

Note: only the super admin has permission to edit account name.

2. How to change your account email

Your account email address is essential for logging in to Pangle platform. We will use this email address for correspondence such as password change verification, platform notifications, new launches and etc. Please make sure to use an email address that you check often to not miss any important emails.

• In the account information, hover over your email address until the edit icon appears, and click this icon to start changing your email.

• Click "Send" to send a verification code to your email address, enter the verification code you received into the "Email Verification Code" field and click "Next".

• Once your current email address is successfully verified, you can set up a new email address. Click "Send" to send a verification code to your new email address and enter the verification code you received into the "Email Verification Code" field. Once your new email address is updated, you can use this email address to log in.

FAQ

• 1. What if I no longer use my current email or I cannot log in to my current email to receive the verification code?

Please contact us at pangle_support@bytedance.com and we will help you change the email.

• 2. What if I did not receive the verification code?

If you do not receive the verification email after a period of time, you may try again after 60 seconds or check your spam folder. If you still do not receive the verification code after many attempts, please contact us at pangle_support@bytedance.com and we will help you fix the issue.

3. How to change your mobile number

• Log in to your account, hover over your mobile number until the edit icon appears, and click this icon to start changing your mobile number.

• Enter the mobile number that you currently use for Pangle. Click "Send" to send a verification code and enter the verification code you received into the "Verification Code" field, then click "Next".

• Once your current mobile number is successfully verified, you can set up a new mobile number. Enter your new mobile number and click "Send" to send a verification code. Enter the verification code you received into the "Verification Code" field, then click "Submit".

Note: only super admin has the permission to edit mobile number.
